Subset of tracking links do not open from notifications

    This incident has been resolved.

    Some of the email notifications sent using EasyRoutes' customizable email notifications used a domain that did not have SSL configured correctly.

    SSL has now been properly configured so existing email links should work although it may take up to 72 hours for the SSL configuration to propagate. Using a different browser, clearing browser cache, and restarting your browser may help.

    All email notifications being currently sent are unaffected by this issue.

    A subset of tracking links sent on notifications since August 27th are not loading for customers. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

    In the meantime, affected customers can access their tracking pages directly by entering their EasyRoutes tracking number from their notifications at https://roundtrip.ai/tracking/
