Shopify API is returning an unexpected error when loading orders for some merchants. Customers may experience intermittent issues loading the orders page. Our team is investigating.
We are currently experiencing an issue with the Shopify API for loading orders.
We are planning for a scheduled maintenance during that time. Performance may be slightly degraded for a few minutes while we complete the maintenance.
We experienced a temporary issue with our cloud provider -- a subset of customers may have experienced performance or connection issues
